What a strange headline. But it tells someone looking for an affordable DUI lawyer in San Diego that it is possible to hire a lawyer with affordable payment plans that leave you enough money monthly to catch a Padres baseball game. The seats may be in the “affordable” section, but really, is there a bad seat in PETCO Park – especially when we beat the Braves 9 to 0! It was a great night and I, Dan Smith of San Diego Defenders got tickets from the professor of DUI’s , attorney Jon Pettis for free and take my wife and two of my kids on a balmy Summer night in San Diego and it was the best! Much to my surprise, I am in line to get in and one of our former clients was there with his son. He was happily helping his five year old with his popcorn and was delighted to see us. “Thanks for the great job” he said. I don’t ever mention DUI or any criminal case to clients. It is always confidential. You may have a best friend at work that San Diego Defenders represented and we also represented you. Neither of you will ever hear it from us! So if you say “thanks, great job” – your welcome, but I don’t know what you are talking about 🙂 Confidential all the way.
So getting back to the ballpark, we worked our way up to our affordable seats (with a perfect view of home plate) and another client yells, “Daniel!” Wow, really? Two clients in the first inning? He pointed to the older gentleman next to him with a big grin and yelled “this is my dad!” Later I went over and just introduced myself as his son’s friend, Dan. We talked about the game and looked over at each other in amazement each time the Padres hit one of their three home runs over the left field wall. Upton, Jr., Upton, Jr. then Solarte homered in the sixth. What a night. And what a testament to the affordable payment plans at San Diego Defenders. We always want to make it affordable. We always want you to be able to afford to take your young son or your dad to the ball game and create memories you will never forget. As for the DUI, we want to win your case and get your life back to normal and forget the DUI as soon as is possible. Let’s remember the good times and learn from San Diego Defenders that your life is not over if you are charged with a DUI. A lot of good people make mistakes. And a lot of good people can still go to the ball game with their family. Just take the trolley, taxi or a designated driver and don’t forget to sing during the Seventh Inning Stretch!
