It’s Bobby Brown’s Prerogative to drive under the influence By Daniel Smith

Singer and one time husband of the late Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown faces a drunken driving charge after being pulled over Monday afternoon for talking on his cell phone while driving, in the Reseda area of Los Angeles County.

Brown showed signs of intoxication and failed a field sobriety test during the traffic stop which took place in the early afternoon.  He was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

No one should ever make it their prerogative to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Remember that police can and will use many means of initiating a stop if they believe you are driving under the influence even if you are not.  This includes talking on a cell phone (which is illegal in California), a broken head or tail light, illegally tinted windows, etc.  Have any issues with your vehicle fixed in order to avoid a stop by police and a fix it ticket.
