San Diego Defenders is excited to announce with Smart Start services, a small BreathCheck breathalyzer you can own for only $107 and for a small monthly fee, provide the Court with proof that you are sober and working the program toward sobriety.
It used to be a rather large device from Smart Start Court says Attorney Dan Smith of San Diego Defenders, but with new technology, this device can take a video, BAC% and send it to your defense lawyer or the court. Lawyers Dan Smith and Jon Pettis say that they will be recommending this to clients to greatly improve negotiating in DUI cases in San Diego County.
