Underage DUI – Teenage Drunk Driving

California has a “Zero Tolerance Law” policy for an underage DUI and enacted some of the toughest laws in the nation. If you are under 21 years of age you will be charged with an underage DUI in San Diego with a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) as low as 0.01%.
