Man Arrested 3 Times over a Period of 5 Days for DUI (Driving Under the Influence) By Daniel Smith

An Imperial Beach man was arrested for driving under the influence not once, not twice but three times over the period of a week.  On Sunday January 22nd Sheriff’s Deputies were called in response to a report of a drunken driver.  Upon arrival deputies came upon Mr. Lakarnafeaux in a bar and arrested him for suspicion of drunken driving.  Upon arrest deputies discovered that Mr. Lakarnafeaux had been arrested twice before in the same week for driving under the influence.  Mr. Lakarnafeaux had been stopped previously on the prior Tuesday by San Diego police and on the prior Thursday by the California Highway Patrol.

According to our DUI expert Mr. Lakarnafeaux may receive up to two and a half years in jail and a multitude of fines.
